FAQ’s


What do you require to book an order?

We require a non-refundable 50% deposit to book your date. The balance will be due 14 days prior to your event along with any final order changes. We can accommodate most order changes with a reasonable amount of time.

How much lead time is required for a custom order?

We typically require a minimum 14 days and ideally one to two months notice for a custom cake, but we will work with you – we get it, life happens!

What if I have a food allergy?

Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate.

Will you deliver? Is there a delivery fee?

We are based in Oakland, California and will, for a fee deliver orders within a certain geographical area. The fee is based on the the distance from our location and may fluctuate depending on current gas prices. Please contact us for delivery fee quotes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover and American Express.

What is your cancellation policy?

Custom cake order deposits are non-refundable. In some cases, we allow for store credit, however each situation is unique and handled accordingly.
